Slaw Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Put well-beaten egg in pan, and add salt, sugar, vinegar and water.
Cook, stirring well.
Add butter and cook until it thickens or starts to boil.
Remove and let cool.
Pour over chopped cabbage.
