Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
7 oz. coconut
pie shell
Preparation

Mix milk,
sugar,
egg\tyolks,\tcornstarch and vanilla. Cook on top of
stove
until
thick.
Add
coconut and pour in baked pie shell.\tCover with meringue and bake until brown.
