Pasta Marco Polo(Cold Pasta Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. linguine
    1/2 c. onion
    2 c. sliced black olives
    2 c. pimentos
    1/2 lb. roasted pine nuts
    1 c. parsley, chopped
    2 c. vinaigrette
    juice of 2 limes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Cook pasta until al dente, remove and rinse.
    Mix with 1/2 cup olive oil and salt and pepper.
    Roast pine nuts in oven until brown.
    Remove.
    Add onion, olives, pimentos, pine nuts, parsley, vinaigrette and limes to pasta.
    Mix well.
