Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
2 cans chili with beans
1 large container sour cream
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese or slice enough to cover casserole
1 bag Doritos (medium)
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Brown meat and onion; drain off fat.
Mix with canned chili. Heat.
Spread on bottom of large casserole dish.
Spread sour cream on top.
Spread cheese on top of sour cream.
Crush Doritos and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
After 7 minutes, take a fork and move Doritos around.
They tend to burn easy.
