Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. ham chunks
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook in crock-pot.
    Cook all on high for 4 or 5 hours except Velveeta.
    Add Velveeta cheese chunks 1/2 hour before serving. Stir and serve.
