Crock-Pot Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef, roast or round roast
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. vinegar or less
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Boil in open pan for 15 minutes with 1/4 cup vinegar and water to cover. Pour off all liquid. Put in pressure and add water, salt, pepper with 1/2 apple and small onion in cavity. Cook about 2 hours on 10 pounds pressure. Take liquid and make dressing if you like it.
