Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes/yams
    1 can Carnation
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 pkg. marshmallows
Preparation
    Put yams in 4 quarts of water to boil until done.
    Peel after cooling.
    Mash potatoes.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Spread in Pyrex dish.
    Place marshmallows on top.
    Place in 325\u00b0 oven until marshmallows are brown on top.
    Serves 8.
