Zucchini Madeleines(A Quickie Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, shredded
    2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    5 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped or 1 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    In a colander, mix zucchini with salt.
    Let stand until zucchini is limp and liquid has drained.
    Rinse and drain zucchini well, squeezing out as much water as possible.
    While zucchini is draining, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat.
    Add onion; stir often until soft.
    Remove from heat.
