Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. flaked coconut
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soak raisins in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain; add all other ingredients.
    Cover and chill.
