Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 can chopped green chilies (mild)
    Doritos
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tall can enchilada sauce (mild)
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and onion together, then drain. Add soups, milk, sauce and chilies. Layer bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 pan with Doritos. Spread meat mixture over Doritos. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done and cheese is melted.
