Black Bean Chili In 20 Minutes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 or 16 oz. cans) black beans, drained
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or white wine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped in large pieces
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. ground cumin
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil or wine.
    Add green pepper, garlic and cumin.
    Stir in chili powder and saute.
    Add beans and tomatoes. Stir in brown sugar.
    Cover; simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve over couscous or brown rice.
    Top with cheese over a baked potato.
    Can be used as a dip with tortilla chips.
