Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. cocoa
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 c. sugar plus 2 Tbsp.
1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground clove
Preparation

Place all ingredients in food processor fitted with a metal blade.
Process just until powdery (about 30 seconds).
Store in airtight container for up to 6 months.
