Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. olive oil
    4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cloves garlic
    2 bunches minced green onions
    1 bunch minced parsley
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and top with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
