Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    3 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. half and half
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk, half and half and mustard.
    Blend well. Layer bread, cheese and sausage in a large casserole.
    Pour egg mixture over layers.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Pour soup over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or microwave on High for 2 minutes, then at 70% for 20 minutes.
