Lynn'S Hobo Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

beef cutlet or hamburger patty (1 per person)
sliced onions
sliced potatoes
sliced carrots
thinly sliced bell pepper
1 bouillon cube in 3/4 c. boiling water
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt
Preparation

Tear aluminum
foil into squares, large enough to cover and seal
over
meat
and
vegetables.
Season meat with salt, pepper and
garlic
salt.
Place
on
foil.
Place
a slice of onion along with potatoes, bell pepper and carrots, enough for an individual
serving
on
top
of
meat.
Salt and pepper as desired.
Put
4 tablespoons of bouillon over meat and vegetables. Wrap and
seal
well.
Bake
in
400\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes. We also
cook these on the barbecue pit but increase cooking time depending on heat from coals.
