Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. walnuts or raisins
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Sift flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon together.
    Add flour and carrots into the batter and beat well.
    Fold in the nuts or raisins.
    Grease the pan and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
