Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    8 to 10 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
    2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix ingredients with hands. Roll into balls.
    Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    May be frozen and cooked later.
