Artichoke Heart Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
    1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
    1 jar drained and diced marinated artichoke hearts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely sliced green onions
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    bit of marinade (optional)
Preparation
    Cook Rice-A-Roni
    as
    directed and cool.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    After
    adding
    curry\tpowder,
    taste,
    and if it burns,
    you have added too much!
    (Curry powder is the success of this salad.) Place on lettuce leaves and top with a floral olive and pimento flower.
    Enjoy!
    (Best when chilled.)
