Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. popped corn
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. honey
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    salt
Preparation
    Put oleo, honey and sugar in quart pan.
    Bring to a boil. Cook 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar, scant teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon soda; stir.
    While still foaming, pour over corn.
    Stir well until corn is coated.
    Put on 1 or 2 cookie sheets.
    Bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0; cool.
