Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water.
    Put 1 teaspoon of sugar in yeast water.
    Mix flour, salt, 1 teaspoon sugar and oil together.
    Combine yeast and flour mixture.
    Knead into a soft ball; let set for 1 hour.
    Push back down and knead again into small balls.
    Place into angel food pan.
    Let rise another hour. Cook at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Rub butter over bread when half cooked.
