Carrots Samantha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place first 3 ingredients in a skillet with enough water to cover and cook on medium heat until the carrots are tender (adding more water if necessary).
    When carrots are desired texture, turn heat to high and cook until water is evaporated, shaking the pan constantly so carrots don't stick or burn.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
