Pineapple Nut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. nondairy creamer
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. broken walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Drain pineapple juice into measuring cup.
Add water to make 1 cup.
Stir into gelatin mixture.
Combine cottage cheese, pineapple, creamer and lemon juice.
Add nuts; stir into gelatin mixture.
Chill.
