Oatmeal Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
strawberries
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Mix in flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.
Add strawberries.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
