Japanese Fruit Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter, melted and cooled
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
    Blend
    eggs, sugar and butter.\tStir in raisins, coconut and pecans.
    Mix
    well\tand
    add
    vinegar, continuing to stir. Pour into pie shells.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
