Easy Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter; blend in sugar and cool. Stir in eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and nuts. Blend well.
    Bake for 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Do not overbake. Cut while warm.
    If preferred, mix in bowl first and then pour out into pan to cook.
