Beef Patties With Mushrooms And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
    1/2 c. dry fine bread crumbs
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    4 medium potatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and 1/2 of the envelope of soup mix; mix lightly, but well.
    Shape into 4 patties; set aside. Grease shiny side of four 18 x 18-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil. Spread out 1 potato (sliced) in center of each sheet.
    Sprinkle potatoes with remaining soup mix.
    Place meat on potatoes and top with mushrooms.
    Close both ends of foil tightly.
    Put on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
