Mop Sauce For Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. pure vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Combine consomme and water in medium saucepan.
Bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients and let stand overnight at room temperature.
Makes about 2 quarts of sauce.
This is used as a basting sauce for barbecued meats.
Apply with small kitchen dishmop or cloth that has been soaked in sauce.
