Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks, well drained
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine and sugar. Beat in vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy. Add pineapple, bread and milk. Put in buttered casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
