Easy Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

1 box butter cake mix
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 bottle red food coloring
1 stick margarine, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix cake mix with cocoa.
Add vanilla, buttermilk, food coloring, margarine and eggs.
Blend until moistened.
Add soda, vinegar.
Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
Bake at 375 degrees in three layers for 30 minutes.
Use Cream Cheese Frosting.
