Good For You Granola Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 (12 oz.) bag (1 c. ) chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/3 c. honey
1 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. coconut
3/4 c. Grape-Nuts
Preparation

Melt all chips together in microwave oven.
Blend in marshmallows and honey.
Mixture will be sticky at first, but will melt into liquid.
In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Add chocolate mixture and mix well.
Pour into 9 x 14-inch pan coated with vegetable oil, oil or cooking spray.
Pat mixture down.
Cool in refrigerator.
When partially cool, cut into bars.
Serve at room temperature for maximum chewiness. Makes 42 (1 1/2 x 2-inch) bars.
