Italian Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, peeled, minced or pressed
Preparation
    Pour vinegar into a glass mixing bowl; gradually add oil, beating vigorously with a wire whip.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat well to blend thoroughly.
    Cover and let stand at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
    Store in the fridge.
    Shake well before using.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
