Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
6 lettuce cups
Preparation
-
Combine the first 4 ingredients and refrigerate several hours. Toss chicken mixture with grapes, pineapple tidbits, mayonnaise and almonds.
Arrange on lettuce.
