Citrus Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roasting chicken
    1 lemon, quartered
    1 orange, quartered
    1 onion, quartered
    3 large cloves garlic, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean roasting chicken, removing insides.
    Salt and pepper (I use lemon pepper).
    Stuff the bird with the lemon, orange, onion and garlic.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    If bird starts to get too brown, you can cover it with foil.
