Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1 c. whole milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. flavor (vanilla, pineapple or coconut)
Preparation
    Mix butter, shortening and eggs, adding dry ingredients and milk.
    Bake in well-greased and floured pan for 20 to 25 minutes or until done to touch in 350\u00b0 oven in three 9-inch pans.
