Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda and cinnamon.
Add this to first mixture, then add diced apples and nuts.
Bake in a well greased tube pan 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
Test it with straw after 1 hour.
Cool in pan before turning the cake out.
