Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Boil vinegar, water, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed. When boiling, pour over cabbage and stir well.
Add green pepper, celery and pimento. Place in covered container in refrigerator overnight before serving.
