3 medium potatoes, diced
2 (14 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen seasoning blend (onions, celery, green and red pepper, parsley)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
