Haddock With Almonds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. haddock
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of Tabasco
1 tsp. grated onion
2 egg whites
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
Arrange fish in a single layer in greased shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil. Broil 5 inches from heat about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Drain liquids from pan (important!).
