Navaho Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    hot oil (in a skillet)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Add flour, if necessary, to make a stiff dough.
    Roll out on a floured board until it is very thin. Cut into strips, about 2 or 3-inches long and 1-inch wide.
    Drop into hot oil.
    Brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with butter or sprinkle with sugar.
