Pasta With Spinach, Garlic And Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fresh spinach
    8 oz. thin spaghetti
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 large cloves garlic, sliced thinly
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stem, wash, drain and coarsely chop spinach leaves.
    Set aside.
    Cook pasta as package label directs until al dente; drain. In pan, combine oil and garlic.
    Saute over medium heat about 2 minutes, or until garlic is golden.
    Add spinach, pepper flakes and salt; saute until spinach wilts.
    Remove from heat.
    Add pasta; toss to coat well and mix.
    Makes 4 servings.
