Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. margarine
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine together.
Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix until well combined.
If dough is too sticky, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
