Baked Breakfast Custard(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1 medium egg, beaten
    1 slice enriched white bread, cubed
    1 tsp. sugar substitute
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Pour into a 10 ounce custard cup or individual loaf pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top is puffed and lightly brown. Serve hot.
    Makes 1 serving.
