Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 large can pineapple
1 small can mandarin oranges
4 bananas
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Melt the butter, stir in the flour and then the egg.
Stir in the juice from the can of pineapple.
Cook and stir until thick. Pour the mixture over the drained pineapple, oranges, bananas, marshmallows and pecans.
Chill and serve.
