Raisin Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 1/2 c. water or apple juice
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, mustard and flour.
    Add vinegar, lemon juice and lemon rind.
    Stir in water and raisins.
    Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Serve hot over ham, sliced. Makes 10 servings.
