Easy Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1/3 small onion, grated
    1 egg
    3 saltine crackers, crushed
    generous sprinkle of Mrs. Dash or Lawry's seasoning with no salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Form into 4 patties.
    Broil on each side until brown.
    Less calories than frying.
