Almond Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. almonds
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soft dates
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. (scant) salt
Preparation
    Mill almonds dry in liquefier until powdered.
    Add remaining ingredients and thoroughly liquefy.
    Add ice water or ice and water to make a total of 1 quart and blend.
    Yields 1 quart.
