Short Ribs Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/4 lb. short ribs
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 or 5 ribs celery
    5 sprigs parsley
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Rub into ribs and let stand 15 minutes.
    Place onion, celery and parsley in roaster.
    Add bay leaf, ribs, and rest of seasoning.
    Add chicken broth, wine and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover; roast at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
