Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can non marinated artichoke hearts
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
Preparation

Drain artichoke hearts and chop in small pieces.
Add remaining ingredients.
(Add Tabasco only if you like spicy dip and mix.)
Put in 1-quart casserole dish or large pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers or chips.
