Squash Or Corn Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium squash, grated on large part of hand grater or 3 to 4 ears corn, kernels cut off
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix squash or corn, sugar, salt, pepper and eggs. Mix well, causing mixture to become juicy. Add flour and baking powder. Drop (like pancakes) into hot oil. Cook about 10 minutes on each side.
