Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. American cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
pinch of salt
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
white pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
-
Grate cheese.
Mix with other ingredients.
Form into large ball.
Wrap in foil.
Store in refrigerator for 2 or more days to age.
Roll in pecans just before serving.
